I’ve gone this to this pool plenty of times as a kid and had a blast however, this summer o wanted to bring my nephews and niece to enjoy summer break and the past few time we’ve came it was a horrible experience within the lifeguards. They are very passive aggressive, not sure if hospitality wasn’t introduced to them during training but I do recommend lifeguards be more welcoming and not so passive aggressive. How could we feel safe if we felt targeted.

Our experience at the pool was disappointing. The lifeguards were rude and unprofessional, and their interactions with guests lacked basic courtesy and respect. A friendly and respectful attitude goes a long way, especially in a family environment. We left feeling unwelcome and hope management addresses customer service expectations with staff.

Great staff of young, polite lifeguards. I enjoyed the 50 meter lap pool (3 lanes kept for lap swimmers most of the hours of operation). Locker rooms & changing facilities are old, dirty & need to be updated though.
